Celebrate Women’s History Month with our special guests Ekemini Uwan and Dr. Christina Edmondson hosts of the award-winning Truth’s Table podcast.
Known for creating “a table built by Black women and for Black women,” Ekemini and Dr. Edmondson bring their powerful voices to the stage for a live conversation on The Diaspora Wars and the African Identity.
Together, they will explore how colonization has divided people of African descent and how unity and healing can be restored. They will also highlight the ongoing need for gender parity and the liberation of women across communities.
Featured in The New York Times, The Atlantic, and honored by The Black Podcasting Awards, Truth’s Table blends faith, culture, and truth- telling with depth and authenticity. Come and be part of a transformative evening that honors faith, truth, and the enduring beauty of Black womanhood.
Following the program, guests are invited to stay for a book signing with the authors, with books available for purchase. Light refreshments will also be served.
