We Will Rest! A Collective Daydream and Book Talk

Join Tricia Hersey, New York Times Bestselling Author and founder of The Nap Ministry for an immersive book reading and Collective Daydreaming Activation. Tricia will be reading from her new book We Will Rest! The Art of Escape. We Will Rest! is a modern sacred object that weaves together meditations and poetry with storytelling and powerful original art.  Inspired by vintage hymnals, prayer books, and abolitionist pamphlets, Hersey provokes liberation from grind culture through refusal and trickster rebellion. She will also lead a Collective Daydreaming activation that taps into community care techniques and imagination while uplifting daydreaming as a radical form of rest. 

The evening will also include a book signing and refreshments.
